Directions

Remove the thermometer from the storage box.Press the on/off switch. During the internal self-test, the display displays all the elements. Then the last measured temperature is displayed for 5 seconds. The protective cap indicator flashes to indicate that a new cap needs to be attached. In order to allow accurate measurements, it is important to install a new, clean protective cap before each measurement.
