Expertly blended with Smoky Chipotle, Black Pepper & Allspice, this seasoning is perfect for Mexican Tacos & Fajitas. It has a medium chilli rating of 2 and can be used in many recipes. Toss beef in the seasoning for slow cooked barbacoa beef or rub over lamb shoulder before covering and cooking low ‘n’ slow. Alternatively, rub over steak or lamb before grilling. Herdez Yucatan Seasoning is suitable for vegans and is free from added MSG, artificial colours and artificial flavours.
